    Exercise helps improve the flow of blood in small blood  vessels, which surround the heart. When these vessels are restricted, fatty deposits can build up and block them. Therefore, better circulation of blood around the heart is crucial to preventing heart attacks. Exercise also makes these vessels more flexible, meaning that more blood can flow through them.

    Strengthens bones

    Women’s health fitness is critical to maintain bone health, especially as we age. As we age, our bones become thinner, and we become more susceptible to bone disease, such as osteoporosis. Calcium plays a crucial role in maintaining a healthy bone structure, so ensuring that we consume adequate amounts of calcium is critical to maintaining our bone strength. Many foods are high in calcium, including milk, yogurt, cheese, broccoli, and soy products.
